Thankyou for shopping at My Lily-Ann

All designs are custom made to order to suit your preferred colour combination; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, however we are happy to replace any faulty tems.

Please note that there may be slight variations in colours and they may look different on individual screens, therefore cannot be returned if colour matching is slightly off.

Our products should be returned within 10 days from when the product was received and must be returned in original condition for a successful refund or exchange.

Turnaround and Shipping:

Turnaround time from placing your order to shipping date is approximately 1 week. If there is an urgency for your product, please contact me prior to submitting your order so that I can provide a faster turnaround for the delivery of your product.


Shipping times:

Australia: 3-5 business days

International: 15-20 business days

Express Post upgrade is available at Checkout for all Australian deliveries.


Shipping Charges:

Any fee charged for shipping in relation with the return of a product is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and risk of damage or loss of the product during shipping to and from My Lily-Ann.

Damaged Items:

Please notify us immediately if you receive any damaged or faulty items so that we can assist you at the earliest convenience.
